As I was taking their pictures, I asked them how they met and why they chose this particular place for their first wedding anniversary. They told me that the first time they did the Fishermen’s trail, they were friends. Then somewhere along the way, they fell in love. A year later, they returned as lovers, and once again this year, they came back as a married couple for their honeymoon. This place that had first sparked their love continued to be a sanctuary for them, a haven where they relived their cherished memories and created new ones.

As a photographer, I tried my best to capture their love, for each other but also for this place where their story began.

In my photos, I want to make the couple’s experience special, not just take cute pictures. For this shoot, when I found out that Remy, a salsa teacher, had met Tiffany in his class, I had them dance to salsa on the beach. I could see how passionate they felt about dancing. And they loved the experience!

We chose to do the shoot on one of the region’s picturesque beaches, Praia da Marihna, with its imposing cliffs and crystalline blue waters as the backdrop. The setting sun provided the perfect golden light to highlight the delicate jewelry.

Kristina, the model was stunning, wearing the jewelry with a grace and simplicity that perfectly complemented the brand’s style. The challenge was to capture the beauty of the jewelry while incorporating the natural landscape of the Algarve. However, with a great team and the perfect setting, we managed to create a series of photos that, I hope, will help the brand connect with its audience and share its unique vision of beauty.

We moved from the beach to the village as the sun started to rise higher in the sky. The beach was deserted, save for a few early morning joggers and fishermen. They ran along the shore, laughed, and shared intimate moments. As a photographer, capturing these precious moments and emotions is an absolute joy!

We chose to do the pictures at Praia da Marinha, a stunning beach near Albufeira for the photoshoot. I absolutely love this location! With the stunning yellow cliffs (typical of the Algarve) and turquoise water it was the perfect backdrop for their photos. We met up at sunrise to have nobody around and we were blessed with an incredible golden light! It was such a joyous occasion, and I was honored to be a part of their special moment.

I spent the morning capturing their love and happiness, creating lasting memories that they will cherish forever. I’m feeling so grateful to have been able to document their love story in such a meaningful way!

The couple, Miguel and Vanessa, were amazing, and I was able to capture some stunning photos as they moved and interacted with each other in a natural and spontaneous way. Praia da Falesia provided the perfect backdrop for these intimate moments ! I had a blast showcasing the beauty of both the couple and the environment.

I strive to capture these real moments of love and connection, and the Algarve is the perfect place to do so. Each photo conveyed the natural beauty and authenticity of the couple’s love for each other, and I was honored to be a part of such a special moment !

The Monserrate palace is my personal favorite, the gardens has the European Romantic architecture style so I knew I wanted to do a couple shoot there. We did a mini-session with this adorable couple who was from the Netherlands. We arrived early to avoid the crowd and it worked !
